Christy Rogers has over three decades of K-16 education experience in designing equitable instructional systems, personalizing learning, and building career and technical education pathways to post-secondary opportunities for students as a classroom teacher, principal, career and tech director, and high school assistant superintendent of a large urban district. Effective data systems, business partnerships, and building safe and positive school cultures drive her work to ensure students graduate college, career and life ready.
About Abe Balsamo, PAC, MPAS
Abe Balsamo, MPAS, PAC is the Director of Medicine and Health Sciences at MTX Group Inc. with 14 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. He oversees the SafeVax vaccine rollout projects, contact tracing and disease surveillance initiatives. In addition, Abe specializes in application development for iOS and Android, web design, and building innovative solutions in the medical and health space with a background in technology and business.
About Dr. Dora Il’yasova, Ph.D., MSPH, MS
Dr. Il’yasova is a highly accomplished senior epidemiologist with more than 20 years of research experience. She focuses on biomarker- and population-based epidemiology and clinical research studies to develop and implement program outcomes and metrics. Prior to MTX, Dr. Il’yasova was an associate professor at the School of Public Health at Georgia State University and Duke University Medical School. She has authored and co-authored over 90 publications and developed the first clinical model of oxidative stress by using chemotherapy treatment with Doxorubicin as a known oxidative assault in cancer patients.
